Driving a Cummins-Powered Jeep … Underwater

Who would possibly attempt to drive a Cummins-powered Jeep Wrangler TJ underwater? You know who: Fred Williams and the guys from Dirt Every Day.

The Jeep, known as Tubesock, was in need of a new engine anyhow, and host, Fred Williams, wanted to recreate a crazy stunt from the 1950s by driving his Jeep underwater. Fred swaps in a new Cummins ISF2.8 diesel engine, bolts on big tires, and sets about waterproofing the whole Jeep to survive under 12 feet of water. And yes, that’s a WARN ZEON winch up front. So how does it go? Watch and find out.
